Who is this workshop for?
This session is a fit for both off-site retreats and on-site professional development workshops. It’s been run with senior leaders, management teams and entire organizations. Our team has brought this experience to leadership gatherings, company off-sites, and half-day workshops.

How was this developed?
The Listening Lab has been evolved over the years by Domain7 facilitators Ceri Rees, Stanley Lai and Kevan Gilbert. Informed by Ceri’s studies at the Justice Institute of BC, alongside Stan and Kevan’s work with human-centered design, the workshop was originally developed to meet the needs of CEO’s who were asking for practical ways to change their leadership styles in order to become more adept at innovation. The experience includes story-telling, exercises, and frameworks that provide participants with a robust, experiential exploration of listening—with a bent towards innovation leadership.
